Custom & OEM

Bring us a font, a logo or a colour reference. We build marquee letters to your specification, and we build them under your brand.
What we customise
| Font | Any typeface we can convert to a bulb layout, including scripts and custom lettering |
|---|---|
| Shape | Logos, symbols (& # @), hearts, stars and one-off shapes |
| Colour | Body colour to RAL or Pantone; bulb colour warm white, cool white, colour or RGB |
| Size | Standard 3ft / 4ft / 5ft, plus custom heights |
| Mounting | Freestanding with weighted base, wall-mounted, or hanging |
| Weatherproofing | Waterproof build for outdoor and exposed venues, quoted to the exposure you specify |
| Branding | Logo on crate and manual, branded care sheet, your packaging |
Artwork requirements
Send vector artwork in AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the highest resolution you have and we will trace it and send back a proof before cutting.
- Letter shapes at final proportions, not stretched
- Font name where known — it saves a conversion step
- Colour references: RAL or Pantone number, or a physical sample
- Intended mounting and, if you need an outdoor build, the weather exposure it must survive
What we check before production
Not every design converts cleanly to bulbs. We review and confirm:
- Stroke width against bulb diameter — thin strokes may need a smaller bulb.
- Counters and tight corners — small openings may carry fewer bulbs.
- Structural depth — enough return depth for sockets, wiring and service access.
- Freestanding stability — base sizing and balance for tall or narrow letters.
You get a proof and a spec sheet before we cut metal.

Your logo printed on the crate and manual, your care sheet, your part numbers. This is what makes the difference when your customer opens the box — it should look like your product, not a factory shipment.
