We manufacture marquee letters in our own facility in Pengzhou, Chengdu — no trading company in between. That means we control the gauge of the metal, the quality of the sockets and the date your order ships.

Production process
- Artwork and die planning — vector artwork checked for stroke width, counters and bulb spacing before anything is cut.
- Cutting and forming — face and returns formed to the letter shape, with reinforced edges.
- Welding and edge finishing — the face edge is welded on both lines for rigidity; seams closed, edges and corners deburred and polished.
- Surface preparation and coating — cleaned, primed, then powder-coated or painted to the approved colour.
- Wiring and socket fitting — sockets set at even spacing, wired and individually switched.
- Bulb fitting and burn-in test — every letter is powered and left running before packing.
- Packing — individual protection, reinforced carton, stackable for container loading.
Quality checkpoints
- Incoming material — metal gauge and coating inspected on receipt.
- In-process — dimensional check against the artwork at forming and after coating.
- Electrical — continuity, polarity and insulation check on every unit.
- Burn-in — powered run before packing; failed bulbs and sockets replaced, not shipped.
- Pre-shipment — quantity, colour and packing check, with photos sent for your approval before the container closes.
Certification and power standards
Electrical components are matched to the destination market: plug type, voltage and power supply are confirmed at order, not assumed. Certificates are supplied with the quotation on request.
We ship to North America, Europe and Australia, so 110V and 220–240V builds are both routine.
Packing and shipping
- Individual wrap plus reinforced export carton; stackable for container efficiency.
- Carton dimensions and weight supplied per order so you can calculate freight before you commit.
- Sea freight for full sets, air and express for samples and urgent top-ups.
- Flight cases available as an add-on for rental companies moving stock between venues.
