Prices exclude freight, duties and taxes. Numbers and symbols (& # @) are quoted per shape. 5ft letters and custom heights are quoted individually because bulb count and shipping volume change sharply at that size.

How the tiers work
- Quantities count characters, not orders. A mix of 3ft and 4ft in one order counts toward the same tier.
- No minimum order. You can buy a single letter to check quality, and the price drops as the set grows.
- Full alphabet sets are quoted as a package — tell us the letters you need and we will price the set.
What is included
- Wired and tested letter with power cord and plug for your market
- Spare bulbs, quantity scaled to order size
- Hanging hardware as standard; freestanding stand optional
- Setup and care sheet
- Export packing: individual wrap, reinforced carton, stackable
What is not included
- Freight, insurance, duties and import clearance
- Freestanding stand or flight case, available as an optional add-on — price on request
- Artwork fees where a new font conversion or die is required

Ordering process
- Send artwork, sizes, quantities and destination country.
- We confirm the specification and quote within one business day.
- Approve artwork and pay the deposit.
- Production — 15 working days — with pre-shipment photos for approval.
- Shipment and documents.

Can I mix sizes to reach a better tier?+
Yes. The tier is based on total characters in the order, whatever the mix of sizes.
Do you price wide letters like M and W differently?+
Ask us when you send your letter list — it depends on the size and bulb count.
What is the minimum order?+
One piece. Samples are quoted at the 1–4 character tier.
